Hassle-Free Returns at Natures Zest
We aim to simplify the process of ordering and returning unwanted items to make your experience stress-free. While we're delighted to offer exchanges or refunds, we kindly request that items be returned to the UK within 14 days from the date of delivery.

There is no need to provide a reason for returning your item. However, to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision and return the item within 14 days of that notice, ensuring it is in the same condition as when it was delivered.

Please ensure the goods are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. Don’t forget to include your original delivery note/invoice with any returned items/orders. As part of our commitment to constant improvement, we value your feedback, a brief note explaining your reason for return is always appreciated, though not required.

Eligibility Criteria
For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
